Engagement boundaries
Set the limits of a Kenya engagement before work begins.
This page states what the country microsite represents, what it does not represent, and what may need to be verified before a project is accepted.
No local establishment
Faith Forge Labs works remotely with clients in Kenya from the United States. Translation-assisted written communication may be available, but proposals, contracts, meetings, technical documentation, and final delivery remain in English unless specifically agreed in writing. Faith Forge Labs does not maintain a local office in Kenya.
Research is not professional advice
The country brief is technical planning material. It is not legal, tax, accounting, sanctions, export-control, immigration, procurement, or regulatory advice. Qualified professionals remain responsible for those conclusions.
Screening before acceptance
Faith Forge Labs may verify the client, beneficial owners, banks, vendors, end users, end use, technology, destinations, and payment route. Work can be declined or paused when lawful delivery or payment cannot be established.
No guaranteed outcome
Technical work can improve a system, but this site does not guarantee rankings, revenue, regulatory approval, licensing, market access, payment availability, or language certification in Kenya.
Privacy and analytics
This microsite uses a dedicated GA4 property for operational measurement. Advertising, profiling, and additional non-essential tags are not silently added. Phone and email contact are voluntary.
Next step
Turn the Kenya context into a workable brief.
A useful first conversation covers the users, existing systems, language responsibility, data, payments, timing, and the evidence that will count as done in Kenya.
